Volunteer at CityFest

 

CityFest is a community celebration made possible by volunteers! From helping set up downtown, supporting the Family Fun Zone, assisting with the concert and worship service, or helping with cleanup at the end of the day, every volunteer plays an important role in making this event welcoming, safe, and fun for everyone.

Many volunteer roles are short shifts, so if your schedule allows, feel free to sign up for more than one position. And if you are helping earlier in the day, please consider staying to help with cleanup so we can leave our parks and downtown looking great for the community.

Volunteer Opportunities

 

1. Event Operations

Event Operations volunteers help keep the downtown portion of CityFest running smoothly. Opportunities include setup teams, block leaders, trash teams, shuttle drivers, vendor coordination, traffic control, and parking assistance.

2. Family Fun Zone

Family Fun Zone volunteers support the activities and professional demonstrations happening during CityFest. Opportunities include hosting demonstrators, assisting with skateboard stage setup, supporting performers, and assisting with special activities.

3. Concert & Worship Service (Veterans Park)

Volunteers help support the concert and worship service at Veterans Park by assisting with traffic control, stage security, tent setup, and park cleanup.
